Self-Leadership coaching program consist from 4 modules, offered as personal and group coaching:

• Module 1: This module consists 4 individual coaching session and 4 personalised individual reports helping you to understand and discover your dominant sides, core values, strengths, needs and understand and transform your behaviors.
• Module 2: This module includes 3 individual coaching sessions, 1 personalised individual report, 3 worknotes helping you for emotional management, developing awareness in relationships, getting to know others (your team), feedback and exercises helping your reducing the stress level.
• Module 3: This module, which is related to your current life, vision, purpuse and strategy, consists of 2 individual sessions, 2 exercises and 1 study note.
• Module 4: This module, which covers the areas of awareness for personal leadership (mind-body-soul balance) leadership skills, leadership in management, change management, effective management, decision-making process, consists of 2 individual sessions.
